We are a cash-based, out of network provider. Most patients opt to pay via cash, credit card, HSA, or FSA.

However, you can opt to request a superbill from us to submit to your insurance provider for partial reimbursement!

Every year, insurance companies reduce reimbursement rates and become more strict in dictating how clinicians treat patients.

This often leads to in-network clinics requiring therapists to treat multiple patients in the same hour. Patient are at a disadvantage in this setting, now unable to receive the individualized care they need.

With an out of network clinic model, we are able to have full autonomy over the time spent with patients, and therefore provide higher quality care.

The 1:1 approach to physical therapy results in quicker recovery time, making your life better faster!

In the state of Tennessee, you can work with us for 90 days without a referral or prescription.

Every visit will be a 1:1 session with your Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Your first visit will be a 90 minute initial evaluation consisting of an extensive review of past medical history, movement screening, tests and measures, hands on interventions, and programming your rehab plan.

Plan to wear comfortable clothes you can move in!
